The HR Recruiter will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to support Butterfly Ayurvedas expanding teams in R&D;, sales, manufacturing, corporate functions, and retail. You will attract, source, and hire specialists who align with the organization's mission to infuse the goodness of Ayurveda into everyday life.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Multi-channel Sourcing: Utilize portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks to proactively source niche talent.
Specialized Hiring: Manage recruitment for diverse verticals, including FMCG/B2B Sales Managers, R&D; Scientists, Cafe Staff, Retail Counter Executives, and Corporate functions.
Job Postings: Create compelling job advertisements and manage regular updates on online job boards.

Screening & Pipeline Management
Initial Evaluation: Screen resumes and conduct initial screenings for cultural fit, relevant experience, and communication capability.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and orchestrate multi-stage evaluation loops between candidates and hiring managers.
Database Upkeep: Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS)



to build ready-to-hire pipelines for high-turnover or vital expansion positions. [1,

Offer Management & Onboarding
Negotiation & Closure: Facilitate salary negotiations within specified company budget frameworks.
Background Check & Documentation: Ensure seamless collection of statutory candidate documents.
Smooth Handover: Coordinate with the internal HR Generalist / Operations team to guarantee a professional onboarding experience.

Required Profile & Skills
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (prior experience in FMCG, Ayurveda, Wellness, or Pharmaceuticals is highly preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with recruitment software, ATS, and major Indian job portals.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting and juggle multiple priority open mandates concurrently.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
