Role Description The Video/Motion Graphics Editor role at Huddle is a contract, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves editing video content for a range of campaigns, including brand films, digital ads, and social media assets, while ensuring narratives are engaging and aligned with creative direction.

The editor will create and refine motion graphics, integrate visual effects, and perform color grading to maintain consistent visual quality across projects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with creative directors and designers, organizing and managing raw footage and assets, preparing files for multiple formats and platforms, and meeting production deadlines.



The role requires close coordination with the broader creative and marketing teams to adapt content for various channels and optimize for performance.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for diverse marketing and branded content.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to design and animate visuals for films, digital ads, and social content.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or equivalent).
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative setting and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Robust attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and an organized approach to asset and project management.
Relevant education or training in film, animation, design, or media production is beneficial; a portfolio or showreel showcasing previous work is essential.
