Dhanl4lands is looking for a confident, energetic, and camera-friendly Video Presenter to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of the camera and capable of presenting real-estate properties, promotional content, and social-media videos in an engaging and qualified manner.

Responsibilities
Present real-estate properties and promotional content in front of the camera.
Create engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social-media platforms.
Explain property features, location, pricing, amenities, and other details clearly.
Conduct property walkthrough videos and promotional shoots.
Follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging presentation style.
Work closely with the marketing, content, and video-editing teams.
Participate in outdoor shoots at different property locations.
Create trend-based and audience-friendly video content.




Represent the Dhanl4lands brand professionally in videos.
Stay updated with social-media trends and popular video formats.

Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
Explicit pronunciation and good voice modulation.
Friendly, energetic, and engaging personality.
Valuable Malayalam communication skills.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to understand and deliver scripts effectively.
Willingness to travel to property locations for shoots.
Ability to work as part of a creative marketing team.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a Video Presenter, Anchor, Host, Content Creator, or Social Media Presenter is an advantage.
Experience creating Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate or digital marketing is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of video production and social-media trends is preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
