Source and identify candidates for US-based IT positions.
Screen candidates through phone calls and evaluate their suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build robust relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Willing to work in US Night Shifts.
Solid interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn.
