Role & responsibilities
Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies including Boolean searches, X-Ray searching, and leveraging databases and job board specialized skilled platforms.
Pipeline Development: Build and nurture pipelines of top-tier talent for current and anticipated organizational hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial outreach and engaging phone screens to assess technical skills, soft skills, and culture fit before passing viable candidates to recruiters.
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data on competitor hiring trends, wage information, and talent availability to share with internal stakeholders.
ATS Management: Maintain accurate, real-time data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track sourcing metrics and pipeline health.
DEI Initiatives: Support diversity hiring goals through targeted sourcing and inclusive outreach methodologies.
