Key Responsibilities Operate VMC machines as per approved process sheets, drawings and work instructions. Load/unload components, fixtures and tools correctly. Set and adjust tool offsets, work offsets and cutting parameters as required.

Perform in-process inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments . Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications. Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments.

Complete production records, job cards and inspection records accurately. Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S, FOD, PPE and safety requirements . Carry out basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.

Minimize rejection, rework, machine downtime and tool wastage.

Required Skills Positive knowledge of VMC machine operation. Basic knowledge of Fanuc controls is preferred. Knowledge of tool and work offsets. Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances. Knowledge of cutting tools and basic machining parameters. Ability to use precision measuring instruments. Valuable discipline, attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts. Aerospace / precision machining experience will be an advantage.
