Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in operating Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines. The candidate will be responsible for operating machines efficiently, ensuring production quality, and following engineering drawings and required specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Operate VMC machines efficiently and safely as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining specifications.
Perform machine setting, tool changing, and offset adjustments.
Monitor machining processes and ensure accurate component production.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality inspection.
Identify and report machine or production issues.
Maintain required quality standards and production targets.




Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Carry out basic machine maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a VMC Operator.
Hands-on experience with VMC/CNC machining operations.
Positive knowledge of machine setting, tool selection, and offset correction.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Knowledge of basic inspection and measuring instruments.
Ability to work independently and meet production targets.
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, or a related technical field is preferred.

Compensation CTC: ₹40,000 per month
