Set VMC machines for different components and job requirements.
Perform fixture mounting, workpiece setting and tool setting.
Set tool offsets, work offsets and coordinate systems.
Load, verify and edit CNC programs as required.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
Conduct trial runs and first-piece inspection.
Make necessary tool and offset corrections during production.
Monitor tool life, tool wear and machining conditions.
Troubleshoot basic machining, tooling and fixture-related issues.
Ensure required cycle time, productivity and quality targets are achieved.
Support current job development and process improvement.
Coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance teams.
Maintain setting sheets, tool records and production records.
Follow 5S, PPE, safety and quality standards.
Maintain machine cleanliness and support basic preventive maintenance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
