Accountant – Warehouse Company: MARS Cosmetics Location: Bakoli Warehouse, Delhi Nearest Metro Station: Jahangirpuri Metro Station Experience: 1+ Years About the RoleMARS Cosmetics is looking for a Warehouse Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support warehouse-related financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of basic accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, GST/TDS, and be comfortable working closely with warehouse and finance teams. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

Handle purchase, sales, and expense invoices. Verify warehouse-related bills, invoices, and supporting documents. Maintain and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers. Reconcile invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.

Perform bank and ledger reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in the accounting/ERP system. Maintain proper documentation and records of all accounting transactions. Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliances.





Coordinate with the Warehouse and Finance teams for accounting requirements. Support the Finance team during monthly closing and reporting activities. Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.

Candidate

RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting. Good understanding of basic accounting, GST, TDS, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation . Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel .

Experience with Tally or ERP/accounting software will be preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Robust attention to detail and accuracy. Responsible, organized, and able to manage day-to-day accounting activities independently. Comfortable working at a warehouse location .

PreferenceCandidates residing within approximately 10–20 km of the Bakoli Warehouse will be preferred, considering the daily commute requirement.
