Role & responsibilities

Material & Inventory Management
Manage and monitor the complete receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and auxiliary supplies.
Oversee the Engineering Stores, ensuring accurate receipt and issue of engineering components and materials.
Maintain optimal inventory levels of all stock and non-stock materials in close coordination with the production and user departments.
Raise purchase requisitions for necessary stock and non-stock materials.

Process Expertise & SAP
Execute dispensing and issuance procedures with high precision and expertise.
Perform routine material movements and transactions smoothly within SAP.
Conduct monthly physical verification of SAP stock materials to ensure zero discrepancies.

Quality Compliance & Documentation
Manage QMS processes including Change Control, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Deviations.




Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), equipment/area qualification reports, and other critical Quality System documents.
Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, external regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of area and equipment qualification protocols within the warehouse.

Preferred candidate profile
Advanced hands-on experience with SAP (Warehouse Management modules).
Solid understanding of QMS (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control) and audit readiness.
Expert knowledge in dispensing procedures, stock reconciliation, and engineering store management.
Robust coordination, communication, and team training abilities.
