Role & responsibilities

As an Associate Analyst, you will be the primary engine for our Energy Transition (Hydrogen Plants Database) data collection. You will drive high-impact research by gathering and tracking critical Hydrogen metrics, including plant capacities, process, technology/technology provider, electrolyser, primary energy source, consumer industry, off-taker, capex, project contacts, project timelines, etc.

Primary Research & Outreach
Direct Intelligence Gathering: Conduct skilled outreach via cold-calling and emailing to industry operators, field personnel, and subject matter experts.
Active Interviewing: Lead structured interviews and field surveys to extract "hard-to-find" ground-level insights.
Data Synthesis: Convert qualitative conversations into structured datasets,



ensuring 100% accuracy in our petrochemical plants databases.
Data Auditing: Review raw data entries and outreach outputs from team members for errors or inconsistencies.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Any MTech or MBA, exccept HR
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in energy research, market intelligence, or Energy/sustainability operations.
Elite Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you must be confident in cold-calling and qualified interviewing.
"Hunter" Mindset: A relentless approach to primary research and a proven ability to secure data from primary sources.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel and word.
