Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall performance of multiple Gold Loan branches.
Drive Gold Loan disbursement, AUM, revenue and business targets.
Set and monitor branch-wise targets and performance.
Lead and motivate Branch Managers and Branch Executives.
Monitor collections, overdue and NPA control.
Ensure proper gold appraisal, documentation, loan processing and gold security procedures.
Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
Analyse branch MIS and take corrective actions for underperforming branches.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Audit and HR teams.
Handle customer escalations and operational issues.
Support recruitment, training and development of branch teams.
Ensure overall business growth,



profitability and operational efficiency of the zone.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in NBFC / Gold Loan / Banking.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Area / Cluster / Regional / Zonal-level management preferred.
Solid knowledge of Gold Loan operations and collections.
Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.
Target-oriented and analytical mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
