We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage and oversee our pharmaceutical warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper storage, inventory management, documentation, and timely dispatch of pharmaceutical products while maintaining compliance with applicable GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
Maintain proper storage conditions for medicines, including temperature and humidity monitoring where required.
Ensure proper FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) and FIFO practices.
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and product movement.
Ensure proper segregation of approved, rejected, returned, damaged, and expired products.
Maintain warehouse documentation, registers, stock records, and dispatch records.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Accounts departments.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, GMP/GDP requirements, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper allocation of duties.




Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and pest-control standards within the warehouse.
Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and other warehouse-related issues.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth deliveries.
Support internal and regulatory audits and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm/D.Pharm or relevant qualification will be an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations preferred.
Valuable knowledge of pharmaceutical inventory management and storage procedures.
Knowledge of GMP/GDP, FEFO/FIFO, batch and expiry management.
Valuable communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/software, and inventory management systems.
Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years in Pharma Warehouse / Pharmaceutical Industry

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
