Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, stock movement, and team activities. The candidate should have good coordination skills and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse and stores operations.
Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock handling.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
Monitor loading and unloading activities.
Manage and guide warehouse/store personnel.
Ensure timely material availability for production and dispatch.




Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
Prepare daily stock and warehouse activity reports.

Requirements
Qualification: 12th Pass / ITI.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, or inventory operations is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Candidates from manufacturing / production industries will be preferred.
