Follow up with customers for timely repayment of outstanding loan amounts. Handle collection calls and coordinate with customers regarding overdue payments. Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer commitments, and payments received. Achieve monthly collection/recovery targets and ensure proper follow-up on pending cases. Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams regarding customer accounts and repayment status.
