We are looking for an engineer who has personally built production integrations with veterinary practice-management systems.

This is NOT a general API/backend role and general healthcare/EHR experience alone is not enough.

Solid preference for direct experience with one or more of:
Pulse / eVetPractice / Covetrus
AVImark
IDEXX Cornerstone
Impromed
ezyVet
Vetspire
other major veterinary PMS platforms

We need someone who has personally handled:
full historical patient/medical-record backfill
SOAP/clinical note retrieval
incremental/near-real-time sync
reconciliation and recovery after missed data
authentication/session management
clinic-by-clinic deployment
verified writeback where supported
local/on-premise connectors where APIs are insufficient

The immediate assignment is not research.



It is to help us get a real veterinary hospital continuously synchronized into our platform as quickly and reliably as possible.

How did you perform historical backfill and prove completeness?
How did you keep the integration current after the initial backfill?
