Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our hospital’s website, social media presence, online content, and other digital activities. The candidate should be able to handle website updates, social media platforms, graphic content, digital promotions, and basic technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, update, and maintain the hospital website.
Manage hospital social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create attractive posts, banners, reels, videos, and other digital content.
Plan and publish regular social media content.
Update hospital services, doctors' profiles, departments, events, news, and announcements on the website.
Handle basic SEO and improve the hospital's online visibility.
Monitor website performance, Google Business Profile, and online presence.
Coordinate with hospital departments to collect information and create digital content.
Support online campaigns, health awareness campaigns, and hospital promotions.
Maintain website security, backups,



and regular updates.
Coordinate with external website developers, agencies, or vendors when required.
Handle other digital/IT-related work assigned by management.

Required Skills:
Website designing and development.
HTML, CSS, WordPress or similar CMS.
Social media management.
Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar designing tools.
Basic SEO and Google Analytics/Search Console knowledge.
Basic video editing and reel creation.
Valuable written communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to create professional healthcare content.
Positive knowledge of MS Office.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Web Design, Computer Science, IT, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Relevant experience in website management and social media will be preferred.

Preferred Experience:
1–3 years of experience in web designing, digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
Experience working with a hospital/healthcare organization will be an advantage.
