Lascade is looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer (UI/UX) to design intuitive, beautiful, and engaging digital experiences across our portfolio of global software products.

We're building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We're looking for someone who understands users, solves real problems, and creates experiences that are simple, intuitive, and enjoyable.

What You'll Do

n

Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
n
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
n
Work closely with Product Managers to transform ideas into exceptional user experiences.
n
Collaborate with Engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
n
Design onboarding, search, subscription, checkout, dashboard, and account management experiences.
n
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
n
Build and maintain a scalable design system across all Lascade products.
n
Improve existing products using customer feedback, analytics, and usability insights.




n
Ensure consistency in visual design, interactions, and user experience across multiple products.
n
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and up-to-date design practices.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
2–5 years of experience in Product Design, UI Design, or UX Design.
n
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile product design.
n
Proficiency in Figma and up-to-date design tools.
n
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
n
Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
n
Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile.
n
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and visual design skills.
n

Nice to Have

Experience designing SaaS products or mobile applications.
n
Experience with Design Systems.
n
Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
n
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development.

Experience using AI-powered design tools.
