Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
*Folllow up on unpaid underpaid and denied claims .
*Check claim status payment details and reasons for denials
Prerefered candidate profile
*Strong knowledge of US Healthcare/Medical billing and AR Process.
*Understanding of insurance terminology claims, denials EOBs/ERA
*Positive Analystical and problem solving skills
*Solid attention to detail and follow up skills
*Strong knowledge on denials.
Valuable knowledge of AR Denials management, medicare, Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes for Denials
