Recruit and onboard staff for domestic services such as house help, cooks, babysitters, caregivers, cleaners, etc.
Source candidates through local recruitment, references, walk-ins, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and document verification.
Maintain an updated database of available and deployed staff.
Coordinate staff allocation and deployment based on customer requirements.
Manage staff attendance, availability, replacements, and daily coordination.
Ensure candidates meet company standards and service requirements.
Handle staff-related issues, grievances, and retention.
Coordinate with the operations/customer service team for smooth service delivery.
Track recruitment targets, joining numbers, deployment, and staff performance.
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Build a solid local network for continuous staff recruitment.
