We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for freshers candidate looking to build a strong foundation across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general HR operations.
Designation: Human Resource Trainee
Location: Noida (Sector 68)
Shifts: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Highest Education: BBA/MBA/PGDM or any equivalent degree
Stipend: Rs 12,000 to Rs 15,000

What you will do?
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
Assist in conducting induction and training sessions for new joiners.
