Graduate/Postgraduate in BBA, MBA, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
Interested in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition / Employee Relations / HR Operations
Valuable spoken and written English with robust interpersonal skills
Comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Comfortable with employee onboarding and documentation procedures
Can work from Noida, Sector 16
Available for 5.5 days working
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Roles and Responsblities
Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with department hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and orientation processes for recent joiners.
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and HR database systems.
Address employee grievances and assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Support the HR team in executing performance management and compliance processes.
