Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and field-based training sessions for sales teams and promoters. Deliver product knowledge, process guidance, and soft-skill training. Organize onboarding and refresher training for recent and existing staff. Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to performance improvement. Collaborate with regional sales and zonal teams to align goals and performance metrics.
Desired Profile: Graduate / Postgraduate degree preferred. Experience as a Trainer in telecom/mobile industry (freshers with solid communication skills may apply). Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within the zone. Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
