Role & responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to candidate joining.
Understand job requirements and prepare job postings.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer status.
Coordinate salary discussions and release offer letters.
Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
Track candidate joining status and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers,



and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Meet recruitment targets within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Robust sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable negotiation and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and job portals.
