Job Role
Handle a US-based process using a soundboard system.
Use predefined voice responses/sound clips as per the process requirements.
Follow the given process guidelines and call-flow instructions.
Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards.
Ensure proper handling of each interaction as per the process.

Candidate Requirements
Valuable communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Willing to work from office in Kolkata.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates should be comfortable using a soundboard-based process.
