Role : Branch Manager || West Delhi Location

Key Deliverables
Enhancement of deposit pool from customers
Establishing standards and delivery of service
Sale of non deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
Sale of Mutual Fund and Insurance products
Managing Fee Income, Branch administration and Regulatory compliance
Manager productivity, morale of branch personnel
Overall responsible for break-even and P&L; of the branch
Liaising with product management team, marketing with other centers & verticals for recent product development , service enhancements and sales initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
9+ years of experience in Banking
Must be currently employed in Mumbai as part of Branch Banking vertical only
Must have sales experience and exposure to liability products
In depth understanding of financial instruments markets and macro-micro economic processes.
Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer delight.

Qualification, Experience & Age Criteria:
9 + years of experience in Banking
Graduate/Post Graduate preferred
Age Criteria : Below 38 Years
