To operate automatic wire cutting and stripping machines safely and efficiently, ensuring wires are processed according to the required length, stripping dimensions, quality standards, and production targets.
Operate automatic wire cutting and stripping machines as per approved work instructions.
Set and adjust machine parameters such as:
Wire type and size
Cutting length
Strip length
Strip depth
Production quantity
Load the correct wire/material into the machine and ensure proper feeding.
Verify the first-piece sample before starting mass production.
Monitor machine operation continuously and identify abnormalities.
Perform regular visual and dimensional inspection of processed wires.
Segregate defective materials and inform the Supervisor/Quality Inspector immediately.




Maintain required production output as per daily production plan.
Basic knowledge of automatic wire cutting and stripping machines.
Ability to read basic work instructions and production specifications.
Basic understanding of wire types, sizes, colours and cutting/stripping requirements.
Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper / Scale / Strip Length Gauge, as applicable.
Valuable attention to detail and quality awareness.
Ability to identify common machine and process abnormalities.
Basic production record/documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
