Role & Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Manage front-desk activities, patient registration, appointments, and enquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and provide appropriate information.
Guide patients regarding OP consultation, investigations, health check-ups, and hospital services.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.
Maintain accurate patient and appointment records.
Collect and verify required patient details and documents.
Handle patient queries and direct them to the concerned department when required.
Manage appointment schedules and inform patients about waiting time or delays.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
Ensure the reception area is organized and maintain qualified communication at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Any UG/PG degree; preferably in Hospital Administration, Management, or a related field.




Freshers and candidates with relevant hospital/reception experience may apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with hospital software.
Fluency in Tamil and English; knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
Pleasant personality, patience, and a patient-friendly approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
