Role Summary

We're looking for an energetic Sales Development Executive to be the first point of contact for prospective learners. In this role, you'll identify, engage, and qualify leads — sparking interest in Simplilearn's programs and setting the stage for successful enrollments. It's an ideal launchpad for a career in sales, with transparent growth paths into senior sales and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective learners via outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
Understand learner needs, career goals, and pain points to pitch relevant programs
Nurture leads through consistent, timely follow-ups until they're sales-ready
Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions
Log all interactions and lead status accurately in the CRM system




Work closely with senior sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy based on learner feedback

What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
Freshers encouraged to apply — 0–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles (EdTech background is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Confident, resilient, and comfortable with high call volumes
Self-driven with a strong desire to build a career in sales
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an added advantage
Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends as per B2C requirements
