Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and recruitment status.
Update and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with recruitment processes.
