Ashoka Bearing Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive retail sales while maintaining solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Field Sales &
Client Visits:

Actively conduct field visits to manufacturing plants, OEMs, workshops, and industrial sites to demonstrate SKF product portfolios and identify sales opportunities.
New Business Development: Lead customer acquisition efforts, convert technical inquiries into orders, and expand market share across local industrial hubs.
Account Management: Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with maintenance managers, purchase teams, and plant engineers.
Technical Sizing &
Support:

Understand client operational requirements and coordinate with technical teams to supply the correct SKF bearings, power transmission elements, and lubrication solutions.
Quotation &
Payment Follow-up:

Prepare formal sales quotations, negotiate commercial terms, close deals,



and ensure timely payment collection from clients.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging industrial projects to keep the company ahead of competition.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, industrial products, or customer service preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are welcome.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
