Role & responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, features, and integrations.
Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Triggers.
Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automation.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external APIs.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing application support.
Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with business, IT, and other development teams to deliver projects on time.

Preferred candidate profile




4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Robust proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and integrations.
Positive understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.
Knowledge of deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II will be an added advantage.
