About the Role:- Inspire X Private Limited is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Team Lead to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and build and manage a team of Sales Executives in Vijayawada.

Key Responsibilities:-
Build, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
Assign targets, territories, and daily activities to team members.
Train and guide Sales Executives on lead generation, pitching, demos, follow-ups, and closing.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate current B2B business through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product demos and presentations to schools and educational institutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle negotiations, objections, follow-ups, and sales closures.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Maintain sales pipeline and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.




Accompany team members on important client meetings when required.
Take responsibility for the overall productivity and sales performance of the assigned team.

Candidate Profile:-
2 to 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, EdTech, or related fields.
Previous experience as a Sales Team Lead / Senior Sales Executive is preferred.
Experience in team handling, training, or team building will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong lead generation and sales conversion skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and travelling for client meetings.
Fluency in English and the local/regional language is required.
Hindi will be an added advantage.
