Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with 15+ years of experience in interior design and project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to lead projects from concept development through final execution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing design concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare and review layouts, working drawings, 3D designs, BOQs, material specifications, and presentations.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct regular site visits and supervise execution to ensure designs are implemented as approved.
Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, resources, and deliverables.
Resolve design and execution-related issues at project sites.
Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and dcor elements.
Review technical drawings for accuracy, functionality, and design consistency.
Lead, guide, and mentor junior designers and design teams.




Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed quality, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience in interior design and project execution.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and construction processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max/VRay, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.
Solid project management and team leadership skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
Robust understanding of site execution, working drawings, and technical details.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates with strong experience in end-to-end interior design, site execution, client coordination, and team management will be preferred. A solid portfolio demonstrating successfully completed projects will be an advantage.
