Role & Responsibilities
Supervise civil, interior fit-out, electrical, fabrication, repair and maintenance works at project sites.
Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, vendors and client representatives to complete work as per approved drawings and timelines.
Plan daily activities, allocate manpower and communicate material requirements to the procurement team.
Check workmanship, take site measurements and monitor material usage to minimise wastage.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, work permits and housekeeping standards.
Maintain daily progress reports, attendance records and site photographs.

• Identify and report site issues, close snag points and support timely project handover.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification preferred.




Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in civil works and interior fit-out projects.
Ability to read drawings, take measurements and independently manage daily site activities.
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and MS fabrication works.
Positive communication, labour management and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
Experience working in corporate offices or commercial facilities preferred.

• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and work adaptable shifts as required by project schedules.
