Role & responsibilities
Monitor and troubleshoot Wi-Fi/network connectivity issues.
Basic knowledge of Networking, Routing & Switching.
Configure, troubleshoot and maintain Wi-Fi Access Points and related network equipment.
Handle network incidents and provide timely resolution.
Coordinate with technical teams for network implementation and troubleshooting.
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of Wi-Fi, Networking, Routing & Switching.
Basic understanding of network troubleshooting.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
