About the Role

We are looking for a Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise day-to-day construction activities at our residential/commercial project sites and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site execution and coordinate with contractors, masons, and labour teams
Read and interpret drawings; ensure work matches approved designs and specifications
Conduct quality checks on materials, concrete, reinforcement, and finishing work
Maintain site records daily progress reports, material consumption, and measurement sheets
Track project timelines and escalate delays or shortages to the Project Manager
Enforce safety norms and site discipline
Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery

Requirements
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
Understanding of BOQ, billing, and basic quantity estimation
Willingness to work full time at site
Kannada + English/Hindi communication preferred
