Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve store sales targets. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, and retail management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the store sales team.
Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Ensure achievement of store sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Maintain proper product display, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and inward and outward stock.
Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments for stock requirements.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, attendance, and store activities.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.




Train recent employees and guide the team on product knowledge and customer handling.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure company policies, processes, and operational standards are followed.
Prevent stock loss, damage, and other operational discrepancies.
Prepare and share regular store performance reports with management.

Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in retail store management or a similar role.
Previous experience in handling a sales team will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable leadership and team management abilities.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing or POS systems.
Ability to handle customers and manage store operations independently.
Candidates from retail and baby products will be preferred.
