We are urgently hiring for Accounts Executive / Sr. Accounts Executive

Job Location - Pune

Mode - Work from office

Job Time - 11AM - 8PM(Alternate Saturday's off)

Roles and Responsibilities
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Record and review expenses, payroll, and other assigned accounting activities.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
Prepare, analyze, and verify accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
Maintain general ledger operations.
Share data for tax filings.
Verify and process employee expense reports.
Coordinate with the team to complete accounting work within deadlines.
Manage fixed assets accounting and monthly depreciation.
Assist in finalization of balance sheets as per audit requirements.
Ensure correct data mapping in the system within the given timelines.




Resolve queries/issues from the central and local branch teams.
Prepare management reports (Debtors Analysis, Expense Analysis, and other required

MIS reports).
Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, supplier reconciliations, and refunds.
Coordinate with Regional Credit Officers (RCO) for client-related queries and resolutions.
Manage closure of intercompany balances (internal branch transaction settlements).
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting of books.
Pass closure entries of accrued expenses and provisions.
Coordinate with Regional Finance Controller (RFC) for capital account matching.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting (fresher candidates may also apply).
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP knowledge preferred).
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
