Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote jewellery products and services.
Handle customer enquiries related to gold, diamond, lab-grown diamond, and other jewellery products.
Explain product details, offers, schemes, promotions, and pricing clearly to customers.
Follow up with leads generated through CRM, website, social media, and other sources.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into store visits and sales opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers through professional communication.
Record customer interactions, requirements, follow-ups, and lead status accurately in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams for lead conversion and customer visits.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
Reconnect with old, inactive, and prospective customers to generate repeat business.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.




Maintain a professional and premium communication style suitable for a jewellery brand.
Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales/CRM team.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Mandatory: Prior experience in the Jewellery / Gems & Diamonds industry.
1–3 years of experience in jewellery telecalling, CRM, telesales, or customer relationship roles preferred.
Candidates with experience in Gold Jewellery, Diamond Jewellery, Lab-Grown Diamonds, or Gems & Jewellery retail will be preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Good knowledge of jewellery products, customer preferences, and jewellery terminology.
Experience working with CRM software or customer databases will be an advantage.
Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused approach.
Positive command of Hindi and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
Candidates from general BPO/telecalling backgrounds without jewellery-industry experience will not be preferred.
