Job Description

Lead and support Redwood UI adoption across Core HR and Talent Management modules.
n
Drive requirement gathering, fit–gap analysis, solution design, and module configuration.
n
Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management modules based on business requirements.
n
Participate in functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth implementation.
n
Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, guiding clients through design, configuration, and implementation phases.
n
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across HCM modules.
n
Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, data conversions, workflows, security, and extensions.
n
Validate technical components and support resolution of implementation issues.
n
Support clients during all testing phases and post‐deployment stabilization.
n
Develop end‐user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.
n




Conduct client demos and workshops, tailoring sessions to showcase value and address client needs.
n
Lead and contribute to RFP responses, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver high‐quality proposals.
n
Oversee and manage offshore deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with project goals.
n
Lead discussions and demos with onshore teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity.
n
Ensure high client satisfaction through effective collaboration across global teams.

Additional Job Description

Robust functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly Global HR and Talent Management.
n
Hands‐on experience with Redwood UI.
n
Experience in workflows, security configurations, and OTBI reporting.
n
Proven experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in global, multi‐cultural settings.
n
Robust presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Familiarity with Agile / Iterative delivery methodologies.
n
Bachelor's degree required; MBA (HRMS) preferred.
n
Immediate joiners up to the Senior Associate level are preferred.
