Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Conduct 4M/5M, 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D analysis for quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, defect rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor FPY, Defect Rate, DPPM, PPM and customer complaint trends.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace or related field.
- Strong understanding of APQP, SPC, control plans, PFMEA, 7QC principles.
- Experience with auditing processes and conducting internal audits.
