Job Description:
Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules.
Supervise cutting, stitching, finishing and packing operations in the factory.
Ensure production targets are achieved within timeline and quality standards.
Coordinate with merchandising, procurement and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Manage production staff, line supervisors, tailors and machine operators.
Monitor machine utilization and productivity of production lines.
Ensure availability of raw materials, fabrics, trims and accessories.
Maintain quality standards ad reduce defects or rework.
Implement cost control and wastage reduction measures.
Ensure compliance with factory safety and labor regulations.
Prepare production reports, efficiency reports, and daily production updates.
