Job Description

Responsibilities: - Administer and support AEM environments across Development, QA, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production. - Manage AEM Sites, Assets (DAM), and Forms implementations. - Ensure platform scalability, resilience, reliability, and optimal performance. - Design and maintain AEM workplace topology and deployment architecture. - Coordinate workplace refreshes, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities. - Perform capacity planning and infrastructure optimization. - Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity requirements. - Manage Adobe Cloud Manager pipelines and deployment workflows. - Configure and maintain non-production and production deployment pipelines. - Monitor build quality gates and deployment health. - Manage deployment approvals and release governance processes. - Troubleshoot deployment failures and pipeline execution issues. - Optimize deployment cycles and reduce release turnaround times.



- Work closely with development teams to ensure deployment readiness. Eligibility: - 7+ years of overall DevOps / Platform Engineering experience. - 5+ years dedicated AEM DevOps experience. - Hands-on experience supporting enterprise AEM implementations. - Experience working on production-grade Adobe Experience Manager environments. - Experience with Cloud Manager-based deployment models. - Experience supporting multiple settings and large-scale releases. - Experience with AEM migration programs. - Experience with AEM Cloud Service implementations. - Experience managing global digital experience platforms. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Preferred Certifications: - Adobe Experience Manager Developer Certification. - Adobe Experience Cloud Certifications. - DevOps Foundation Certification. - AWS DevOps Engineer. - Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer.
