Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team across Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales/business development, excellent communication and client-handling skills, and a robust ability to build and maintain client relationships.

This is a field-based role, requiring candidates to travel within their assigned location for client meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Handle client queries, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively.




Achieve assigned sales/business development targets.
Conduct regular market visits and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Travel extensively within the assigned location as required.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Local language proficiency is mandatory for the respective location.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Own vehicle is mandatory for this field-based role.
Candidates with strong local market knowledge and an established network will be preferred.
