Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workato recipes.
Build and maintain connections between applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, Jira, and other cloud/on-premises systems.
Develop reusable Workato assets, connectors, and automation workflows.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations and automations.
Implement error handling, logging, and performance monitoring for integrations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams.
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance standards are followed.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support procedures.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities.





Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
experience in integration development.
Hands-on experience with Workato platform development.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/XML.
Experience with API integration and middleware concepts.
Knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, SAML, and JWT.
Experience with cloud applications and SaaS integrations.
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
