Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience across the Zoho ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Zoho People / Zoho HRMS along with Zoho CRM, and should be capable of developing customized solutions, automating business processes, integrating Zoho applications, and working with Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Books/ERP, and Zoho People (HRMS).
Configure modules, workflows, layouts, functions, reports, dashboards, and automation.
Develop custom applications and business logic using Zoho Deluge.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Automate sales,



finance, HR, and operational processes within the Zoho ecosystem.
Perform data migration, data mapping, validation, and system configuration.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Zoho applications.
Work with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and support user testing and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho development and implementation.
Robust hands-on experience in Zoho People / Zoho HRMS Mandatory.
Strong experience in Zoho CRM.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho ERP.
Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.
Experience with Zoho APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Experience in workflow automation and custom functions.
Good understanding of CRM, ERP, and HR business processes.
Experience in data migration and system customization.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
