General Manager (GM) - FMCG Sales

Location : Arookutty

Experience : 10 plus years

Salary : 18 LPA max

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred). Excellent communication

n

skills in English (spoken and written).

n

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales & Business Development.

n

Experience in food ingredients, seasoning, Spices, Flavors, related industries preferred.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

n

 Lead and manage the sales team across regions.

n

 Identify current business opportunities and key customers.

n

 Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and clients.

n

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

n





 Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.

n

 Coordinate with production, procurement, and management teams.

n

 Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

n

 Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and business presentations.

n

 Train and motivate the sales team for better performance.

n

Required Skills:

n

 Solid leadership and team management abilities.

n

 Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

n

 Fluency in English is mandatory.

n

 Valuable knowledge of MS Office and reporting systems.

n

 Ability to travel for business development activities.
