Looking for a well experience Manager Project Management for Office Fit-out & Maintenance .

Project Planning & Execution
n
Well versed with planning tool and software.
n
Hands on experience on project planning and tracking modules and software
n
To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors.
n
To advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and collar coordination.
n
Handling multiple projects at a time.
n
Should have knowledge of BOQ
n
Monitoring other project in-charge.
n
Delegating work to the Project in-charges
n
To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items.
n
To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.
n
Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget.
n

Desired skills and expertise-

n

n
BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/ Architect/ MBA in project management is a must
n
This position requires detail orientation, a process driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n
A project management skilled with minimum 3+ years of experience in the office Interior fit out industry.
n
Having relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.
n
Having the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
n
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
