Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
Provide safety training to employees
Investigate and report on accidents and incidents
Collaborate with project managers to address safety concerns
Qualifications:
Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety OR Equivalent Qualification related to Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
10 years of experience in a Projects department
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety
Solid knowledge of safety regulations and standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
